Elect two TEAM Councillors in the April 5 By-Election!

Getting two TEAM councillors elected would create an effective opposition that will ask hard questions, challenge the ABC bloc,  and put forward motions and second them to raise important issues. This is an important step towards the General Election in October, 2026, when a TEAM majority would be the game changer Vancouver desperately needs.

Are you better off now than before Ken Sim and ABC came to power in 2022?

  • Are your taxes lower?

  • Are City services more nimble and efficient?

  • Do you feel safer?

  • Is your living situation more secure?  More affordable?

  • Are you afraid for our precious green spaces without an elected Park Board to protect them?

  • Are you happy with important decisions being made without public input?

Elect two TEAM councillors on April 5, and you’ll get an effective opposition that will ask hard questions, challenge the ABC bloc, and be able to propose and second motions to ensure debate on important issues. This is a big step toward the General Election in October, 2026, when a TEAM majority will be the game-changer Vancouver desperately needs.

TEAM City Councillors will hold the ABC majority’s feet to the fire and fight for residents on these issues, and more:

Build Housing That’s Livable and Affordable

Ken Sim's ABC, OneCity and the Green Party have approved policies and rezoning applications that increase land values. If we want truly affordable housing, we shouldn't be driving up land assessments that lead to higher costs.

TEAM is dedicated to ensuring future generations can afford to live in the city we love.

Pause the Broadway Plan

Ken Sim’s ABC, OneCity and the Green Party all voted together to super-size the Broadway Plan, which will evict thousands of tenants and create a canyon of towers throughout established neighbourhoods.

The new mega-highrises will replace affordable low-rise rental apartments and dramatically raise

land values, property taxes, and development costs.

There are no plans for schools, parks or community services to serve the bigger population. The new plan won’t provide enough affordable housing for teachers, health-care workers, police officers or seniors.

Save Our Parks

Stop Ken Sim from eliminating the elected Park Board and selling off our parks!

Only an elected and independent Park Board will protect Vancouver’s parks and recreation facilities, which must be preserved for future generations. Parkland must be protected from development.

A Safe Vancouver for All

Our sense of safety and security has decreased under Ken Sim, and ABC policy has been especially hard on our most vulnerable residents.

TEAM is committed to making our streets and neighbourhoods safe for everyone again with a new approach to policing, and social service support to help those in need and ensure our streets are safe for residents, tourists and small businesses.

TEAM’s plans for the health and safety of people who live, work and visit the city can be found here.
